ASHL prepares for return to play in BC, Saskatchewan.

📅 Last Updated: May 28th, 2021

You’ve been patient. You’ve listened, and done your part. You’ve sacrificed. And now? Those efforts are paying off.

In case you missed it, the Province of Saskatchewan and Province of British Columbia have both announced their re-opening plans, which include a clear pathway towards the resumption of indoor adult team sports — which means your friendly ASHL hockey league is coming soon. 👀

While this timeline means that the Winter ’21 season is no longer a possibility, we’re pleased to announce that registration is officially open for the Summer ’21 season. Any registration credits may be applied towards the Summer ’21 season, or Winter ’21/22 season — your choice!

The puck drops June 21st*, so time is of the essence. Click the link below, check out the season details, rally the squad, and secure your spot before it’s too late.

If you’re reading this from Ontario or Winnipeg, while we’re not yet in a position to resume gameplay, we can’t wait to get back on the ice when the time is right. The Province of Ontario recently released its re-opening plan which includes a pathway towards gameplay in July, and we’ll be providing a more detailed return-to-play scenario for all five ASHL locations in the Greater Toronto Area.

Oh, and let’s not forget about the Winter ’21/22 season. Right now, the focus is dropping the puck everywhere for Summer, but you can expect some updates in the very near future about registration for Fall 🍂 hockey.

With our Summer ’21 season is well underway in Illinois, we can’t wait to welcome our Canadian locations to the party. As we prepare to pack our bags, tape our sticks, and head to the rink, rest assured that your health and safety continues to be the top priority as we return to play.
